Charli brings a 360-degree perspective to her workers’ compensation practice, having represented injured workers as well as defend self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. This invaluable experience equips her to provide vigorous representation and insightful counsel to clients in all realms of workers’ compensation, which leads to successful outcomes as well as significant cost savings for her clients.
Charli has extensive experience representing a wide variety of clients, including retailers, food and beverage, hospitality, and grocery industries. Of particular note, Charli has experience representing complex construction workers’ compensation matters. She has successfully completed the OSHA-30 Construction Safety and Health certification, which provides her with additional knowledge and insight in order to assist her construction clients.
Prior to handling workers’ compensation matters, Charli was in practice with a criminal defense firm where she represented high profile defendants in white-collar criminal matters such as securities fraud, racketeering, and homicide.
