Claire is a Partner who focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a wide range of workers’ compensation matters. She has more than 15 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation defense before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. As part of her practice, Claire regularly appears at hearings and trials across the state of New York.
Prior to handling workers’ compensation matters, Claire gained experience in various other practice areas, including family law, real estate, bankruptcy, and products liability defense.
