Daniel is admitted in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He defends clients in a wide range of practice areas; complex and catastrophic personal injury claims, sexual abuse claims, cases against child welfare agencies, premise liability, dram shop actions and employment discrimination. He has tried cases in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Additionally, he has litigated matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.  Daniel has also served as a hearing examiner for expulsion hearings for public and charter schools in Pennsylvania.
