Daniel is a litigation associate. His professional experience includes a prestigious fellowship with the Honorable Judge Ramy Djerassi in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Commerce Program, where he gained invaluable exposure to complex commercial disputes. He further developed his legal proficiency by working with a nationwide accounting firm and a global trust company, addressing evolving legal challenges in areas such as artificial intelligence, states’ escheatment of individual and corporate property, and SEC compliance.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2024 with a concentration in Business Law, where he was the Vice President of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Group and an active member of the Moot Court and the Negotiation team for two years. Before attending law school, Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the John Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University in 2021. He also pursued minors in Economics and Communications, providing him with a strong foundation in business and the effective communication skills critical for successful legal practice.
