Danielle, a Partner, is an accomplished workers’ compensation defense litigator with extensive experience representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and self-insured employers.

Her experience includes numerous hearings before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board, as well as workers’ compensation appeals. For Danielle’s experience and reputation, she was named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2017 through 2023.

While obtaining her law degree at American University’s Washington College of Law, Danielle was a student attorney in the school’s D.C. Law Students in Court clinical program, and served as a legal intern in the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ Legislative and Correctional Issues branch.
