Donya is an attorney whose practice centers around the defense of workers’ compensation claims.  Her prior experience includes the handling of a variety of transactional matters, including sales of businesses and transfers of ownership, and litigated contractual matters for clients in the construction and engineering industries.  She also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, and wrongful deaths.  For her success and reputation, she was named a Florida Super Lawyers, Rising Star, in 2023 and 2024. 

As a native of northeast Florida, Donya has long been involved in the state’s vibrant Arab-American community.  She enjoys networking with Arab-American business owners in and around her new home base in south Florida.
