Jacqueline is a Partner who primarily focuses her practice on creditors’ rights in bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, replevins, and collections on secured and unsecured loans.  She also has experience in civil and complex commercial litigation.  She represents clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania in federal and state courts and has tried cases to verdict in both states. In civil litigation, she represents business owners in matters involving construction defect, products liability, and premises liability.  In complex commercial litigation, she routinely represents corporations in matters involving contract and employment disputes. 

Jacqueline is a magna cum laude graduate of Widener University Delaware School of Law, as well as a summa cum laude graduate of Pennsylvania State University as an undergraduate.  While in law school, she worked as an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and was a recipient of the Lucinda L. Peipher Award in International Law.
