Lindsay is an attorney who handles defense matters regarding auto liability, premises liability, employment and construction defects from inception to trial. She has also represented clients in the hospitality industry including casinos, fitness clubs, and restaurants, as well as individuals and municipalities. Lindsay is adept at case management, from pre-litigation advisement and opinion through settlement, arbitration and mediation, and trial.
Aside from the practice of law, Lindsay currently serves on the board of the Upper Township Parent Teacher Organization. She previously served on the board of Gilda’s Club in Linwood, N.J. and as a court appointed special advocate for children in the foster care system.
