Mark is a workers’ compensation defense attorney, who handles claims for employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds, professional employer organizations (PEOs), and third-party administrators (TPAs).  Prior to practicing in Florida, Mark had a successful 30+ year career in New Jersey.  During that time, he represented plaintiffs in civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters, and then later transitioned to defending workers’ compensation claims for clients within the casino industry.
