Mike is an associate who focuses his practice on business transactions. Before entering private practice Mike served as Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Thomas J. Shusted, Jr., J.S.C. in New Jersey, where he honed not only his legal writing and research skills, but also his negotiating abilities as a mediator in landlord-tenant, small claims, and special civil matters.

Prior to his legal career, Mike was a financial analyst in Walmart’s Accounting and Finance Development Program, rotating between roles in international finance, operations finance, capital markets, and ecommerce.

Mike graduated from Rutgers Law School, Camden, in 2024 where he was the Executive Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, and President of the Rutgers Italian American Law Society.  He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Finance, minored in Italian, and captained Notre Dame’s D1 lacrosse team, which advanced to the NCAA national quarterfinals in three of his four years there.
