Pam is a Partner with more than 30 years of experience, with her practice focusing on the representation of employers of all sizes in the defense of employment-related issues. She has handled claims involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, retaliation, disability prevention, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Pam also provides day-to-day counseling to Human Resources professionals on record keeping, disciplinary issues, and policy preparation and implementation.
In addition to her active practice and counseling, Pam is a frequent speaker to private employers and industry groups on topics involving employment discrimination, harassment investigations, FMLA policies and practices, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Outside of her legal practice, Pam has served as the President, Past President, and member of the Board of Directors of the Presaud Center, which is the second oldest LGBTQ counseling center in the United States. She has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Kidney Foundation of Pittsburgh, and has provided pro-bono employment and governance advice to several other Pittsburgh area non-profit organizations.
