Sam is a workers’ compensation defense attorney, with a particular focus on the representation of public entities and private retail clients. He has had success in defending workers’ compensation matters before Judges of Compensation Claims on issues ranging from medical benefits to indemnity benefits. Additionally, Sam has experience handling workers’ compensation appeals before the Florida First District Court of Appeal.
Prior to law school Sam attended Ohio State University, where he was a member of the Ohio Staters, a not-for-profit association that focused on improving the greater Columbus, Ohio area through public projects. Sam also obtained experience in several roles with the Ohio state government, including as an assistant in the House of Representatives, as a lobbyist for private transportation entities, and as a logistics coordinator at the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.
