Stephen is an experienced attorney handling transactional matters for clients across numerous industries.  He has prior experience handling international tax matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Stephen is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. 

Earlier in his career, Stephen achieved success helping to defend and settle claims against commercial businesses involving products liability and commercial trucking accidents.  He also gained significant experience analyzing the tax liabilities of U.S.-based international companies, which enabled him to develop beneficial tax strategies for clients. 

In law school, Stephen earned CALI “highest grade” awards in Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property.  He went on to earn his LL.M. In International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also received an award in EU Tax Law.
